Jobs need to come back to America. A minimum of 30% of all goods sold must be made in America, no exceptions. If the product can be made here, it will be; for example, clothing, electronics and household goods.

To create new jobs, I propose that cities/counties build their own manufacturing facilities and do not rely on wealthy investors – this reduces the ability to keep jobs within the community and use profits to improve the community. For example, profits can be used to build more facilities for more employment opportunities.

Many companies take their headquarters to other countries to reduce their taxes. Of course their taxes will be lowered, there is no military cost in these countries; whereas we spend a fortune on our military. Yet, these countries and companies expect our military to protect their investments while they are dodging their fair share of taxes, create a higher tax for Americans.

The only way to remedy this and countries that do not have balanced trade with us is through tariffs. Also, with the Korean and Vietnam wars impossible to win because the source/supply of weapons from other countries was not being address. America had a nuclear deal with North Korea and North Korea broke their end of the deal. Nobody on Capitol Hill seems to be concern about this — will this be the same attitude if and when Iran breaks the deal?
