We would like to add 2 years of college curriculum onto the current high school plan; totaling 6 years of publically funded schooling. This will allow high schools and colleges to share costs for resources. High schools will be at a county level instead of city. Students will be able to choose a vocational trade or take the necessary pre-requisite courses and make a commitment to a private college at a later date. This allows students to use trial and error to discover their career paths prior to make a financial commitment to schooling in a field that they have not yet explored. This will prepare young adults and allow them to learn what trade they will be successful in.
All high school students will need to make a 4 year commitment to either military, college or a variety of jobs within the community for a standard salary. This will help them learn more about what they want to pursue later on and exist within a dynamic group of people with similar interests. During this time, those training to do so can assist in construction and general labor as part of their duties. Construction will be very important during this period. Construction will be paired with an assortment of different labor fields, this will help guide individuals to a specific field of their interest.
